Who We Are
Big Transformations, Easy Process
We are a renovation contractor based on Magazine Street, working across the New Orleans metro, the Northshore and out to Baton Rouge.
We handle the inside and the outside. Bathrooms and kitchens, whole home renovations, and the exterior work that decides whether any of it lasts: roofing, siding, gutters and drainage.
Most of what we work on was built long before modern framing. That is not a complication for us, it is the thing we are set up for.
We have been renovating New Orleans houses for 15 years, and we back the work with a 50 year non pro-rated warranty.

A Real Walkthrough
We look at the actual house before quoting. Old homes get checked for settling, moisture and what is behind the plaster.
A Written Number
A written scope and a written price. If something is genuinely uncertain we say so up front instead of burying it.
One Point of Contact
You are not coordinating trades. One crew runs the job and one person answers the phone.
A Finished Job
We walk the work with you at the end and fix the small things before we call it done.

New Orleans Houses Are Different
Shotguns and doubles built before modern framing. Pier and beam that moves with the ground under it. Plaster and lath instead of drywall. Heart pine worth saving. Humidity that gets into everything, and rain that arrives ten inches at a time.
A crew that learned on new construction in a dry climate will make expensive mistakes here. We work on these houses every week, so we know what to check before demolition rather than after.
